Key Voices Community Choir is a mixed choir with members from around Keynsham who meet on Monday evenings to have fun singing. As well as enjoying making great sounds together, we know that singing is good for us physically and mentally, so it is a great way to relax and leave the stresses of life behind for a while. We turn up with our unique voices, are met by familiar faces and receive expert coaching from our talented musical director.

In addition to our weekly choir sessions, we perform at events throughout the year. Our Christmas concerts which include less-known arrangements of well-known carols, are especially popular. Otherwise, our repertoire ranges from Pop to Folk to Funk to Jazz. Our songs come from around the world, some collected on our doorstep, some written recently and others from the past six centuries.

No previous singing experience or ability to read music is required to become a choir member, you just need to be 16 or over. FUNDING NEWS

In 2022 we were awarded a grant from Keynsham Town Council to hold a FREE Community Concert in Keynsham. This happened at the end of March and we look forward to welcoming new members to the choir as a result!
